Ron Walters Featured in CSAA Webinar This Week On Successful Alarm Management Practices

Our own Ron Walters will be featured Wednesday, August 15, in a Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) Webinar on how to implement successful alarm management practices. We encourage any member of the electronic security industry to tune in. Whether you run a monitoring center or are a systems integrator, Ron is a riveting speaker who knows the issues. He’ll keep you captivated and share his inside secrets on what types of practices work best in different jurisdictions across the country, and how individual companies can make changes to improve their bottom line and attract new customers.

Good alarm management practices are good business. Ron knows this. He’s served as a police officer and run his own alarm company. He’s been with SIAC/AIREF/CARE/Model States for over 14 years, sharing his knowledge, and helping others do what’s right when it comes to managing alarm systems effectively and working collaboratively with elected officials and law enforcement leadership.

The webinar can be accessed online at It will be held from 1-2 p.m. East Coast time, so please hold that slot open. You’ll be glad you did.

The session will include information on how to reduce unnecessary alarms through dealer/installer training. It is presented free of charge by CSAA. We’d like to thank them for allowing Ron to share his expertise with others throughout our industry.
